How did we achieve Carbon Neutrality?

Although it was no small feat, this achievement is just another step towards our goal to reduce our environmental impact and emissions. The journey we're on is continuous, and we have multiple initiatives to help along the way:

Reduce our emissions with various delivery innovations like optimizing routes and using rail transportation
Make changes to our facilities and fleet which now includes both electric and propane-powered vehicles
Introduce renewable energy for distribution centers
Invest in offsets like working with several forestry and landscape projects

Big Bottle Return Service

Our convenient Big Bottle Return Service is available to all our customers! We deliver great-tasting water right to your door and pick up your empties when you're done hydrating. This is a great solution for our environmentally-minded customers. All you have to do is leave your empty 3- and 5-gallon bottles out for your ReadyRefresh driver to pick up at your next delivery. We then clean, sanitize and refill the bottles so the cycle can continue over and over again. In fact, each bottle is refilled and reused approximately 25 times. After that, we recycle them so the bottles can begin a new life.
