  • Sorry to hear you missed a notification! You can check your notification settings by going to My Account in the top menu. Then go to Account Dashboard Notification Preferences box Manage Notification Preferences. If everything looks like it's correct, please submit a request to Customer Support so we can take a look.

  • Once logged in, go to ‘My Account’ in the top menu and select My Invoices. We generate invoices 2-3 days after you receive your delivery. In some cases, customers may get their invoices once a month.

  • How do I manage my notifications?

    Once logged in, go to My Account in the top menu. Click Account Dashboard, then find and click the box labeled Manage Notification Preferences.
